Before we teach Social Emotional Learning, we must learn it for ourselves.
 
Though SEL is commonly talked about now, for some of us growing up it wasn't a big topic in school, or perhaps, in our home life.
 
This can impact our ability to be the emotionally attuned leader we wish to be for our children.
