In a culture that celebrates speed and efficiency, what does it mean to slow down with children—and ourselves? This talk explores slow pedagogy as a powerful response to burnout, disconnection, and the mental health crisis in education. We’ll explore how responsive rhythms, relational curriculum, and honoring individual differences can support well-being and transform teaching, learning, and living—re-centering our humanity in the process.
